At ALIGN, Theodore Moore is engaged in passing groundbreaking legislation and policies that will improve safety for New Yorkers and make the city greener. Moore worked to pass the Warehouse Worker Injury Reduction Act – landmark legislation designed to address a safety crisis and protect Amazon workers. Moore has also worked to pass the state’s Climate Change Superfund Act to address climate issues. In New York City, he advocated for Local Law 99, which requires solar panels on public buildings to be installed by union labor.
