ALIGN urges Governor Hochul, Mayor Adams to Take Urgent Climate Action in Wake of Supreme Court Decision

Whether it is credit card giants increasing the transaction fees they charge New York’s neighborhood bodegas and retailers, or suppliers raising prices on independent businesses in response to being squeezed for special discounts by dominant corporations, small businesses are increasingly at risk.
A new report from the New Yorkers for a Fair Economy coalition reveals that Amazon warehouse workers in New York suffered a spike in work-related injuries last year while the company doubled its facilities in the state.
