“We congratulate the Amazon Labor Union on their momentous win today on Staten Island, where Black-led organizing made JFK8 the first union Amazon facility in the nation. In Bessemer, Alabama the election remains too close to call, but one thing is clear: workers are fed up with Amazon’s power over our communities. This is just the beginning—New York will continue to lead the way in holding these corporate bullies accountable.”
