Nina Terhune is the Director of Finance and Development for ALIGN, promoting the organization’s growth and sustainability.

Prior to joining ALIGN, Nina graduated from the Retail Action Project’s (RAP) Member Organizing Training program and went on to serve as Operations Director for RAP’s sister nonprofit, the Center for Frontline Retail (CFR). Nina managed CFR’s operations, finances, and fundraising to connect retail workers to essential services and a community of engaged worker leaders, and to support collaborations with workers and organized labor to win higher standards of employment in the retail sector. A lifelong Brooklynite, Nina is committed to community-led movements for a more just and equitable New York.
